What is needed to apply?

You will be glad to hear, you may not need to supply as much documentation as the first time around!

  • Salary Certificate

  • 1-3 consecutive payslips, lender dependent.

  • 3-6 months personal banking statements, lender dependent.

  • 3 months credit card statements.

  • 2 years certified accounts, Form 11’s & chapter 4’s, confirmation of tax compliance, if self-employed.

  • Existing loan account statements.

  • Please note, if raising equity from your home, you need to supply full documentation.
